Dear Jake,
I wanted to commend you on your terrific work at my home in the Costa del Sol community.
I realized there was a lot of work to be done on the property after my tenant moved out. I was apprehensive as
an out-of-town owner and I was particularly cautious about any work being done without my direct supervision.
I wanted to list the property for sale right away, but I wasn’t sure who could help with all of the different things
that needed to be done.
I interviewed several contractors and was very impressed with the quality of your work, your commitment to the
job, and your extremely competitive pricing. Your advice regarding the work necessary to make my place “look
like a jewel” was invaluable. The interior job was immaculate and I appreciate the extra effort and touching up
that you did even though these items were not in the contract. I also appreciate your advice about how to get
improve the exterior “street appeal” by repainting trim and doors and touching up the walls only where
needed. This saved me a lot of time and money. The sealant for the stamped concrete patio was icing on the
cake, and really gives the place an extra special appearance.
I was also impressed with the men on the crew working in my home. They were courteous, thorough, and
completely neat and clean. When they were done, you could not tell they had ever been there. Also, when I had
to get in touch with you, you were always available by cell phone which gave me extra confidence and security.
Thank you again for your outstanding work. I have had other contractors working on my home in the past few
years, but none as good as Swiss Painting.

"After getting three bids, we chose Swiss painting to paint the interior of our home, our
garage, as well as our kitchen cabinets. There are several reasons we are happy we chose
Swiss painting. 1) The quality of the work was superb. We were especially impressed with the
clean edges between the end of the paint and the beginning of the crown molding. We were
also impressed with the attention to detail that was taken in the prep work of our kitchen

Swiss Painting is wonderful in their attention to detail, incredible preparation and meticulous
clean-up. My husband and I were very happy with their flexibility in handling several painting
projects (inside and exterior) for us over the past year in our Solana Beach home. Jake's crew
seems to have been with him for a long time, and they are unfailingly polite and excellent
workers who anyone would be happy to have in and around their home. I am pleased to

"Swiss Painting are Masters
Jake and the guys at Swiss Painting are masters of their craft. They are neat, professional,
and above all honest and trust worthy. I had them refinish all the cabinets in my home from
Cherry to a very rich mahogony type finish. The best part was they started just before we left
for a two week vacation. I let them finsh while I was away. We we returned it was amazing...it
was like we were in a new home!!! I would surely recommed Swiss Painting!"

"We believe these artisans are among the best painters in San Diego. They have immaculate
attention to detail and craftsmanship. Incredibly courteous, professional, and ethical. We have
used them for two major residential projects, interior and exterior, and have been nothing but
completely satisfied. Works closely with client, explaining process and products. They go out of
their way not to impose on the family's day-to-day routine when doing a major interior project.
We repainted every surface of our home and did faux treatments, trim painting, doors,
windows, and a grand entrance staircase and hall. The transformation of the house was
incredible. The owner is terrific to work with: all about customer service and quality. His staff is
